Refunds and Returns
Our refund and return policy:
We accept returns on our socks within 20 days of being shipped, however, they must not be shrunk or worn and in new condition. In order to request a refund, we ask you to:
- Take a picture of the defect in the socks
- Send us your order number, email and first and last name on the order form to the email provided below.
Shipping will be covered by us if you paid for it from us to you, but if you received free shipping you have to pay to send the socks back. There is no restocking fee, nor other charges for sending your order back to us. We will return your money via the service you used to complete the transaction: PayPal or Stripe, and it can take anywhere from 3-12 days to reach your bank account depending on your bank.
